Warm Homes Plan
The Warm Homes Plan is Britain's biggest home upgrade programme ever.
With £15 billion of government investment between 2025 and 2030, the plan is targeting upgrades to 5 million homes, lifting more than 1 million households out of fuel poverty and cutting energy bills by up to £850 per year. Delivered through insulation, heat pumps, solar and batteries, it is focused on bringing homes rated EPC D to G up to EPC C.
The plan is also expected to create 180,000 new jobs in energy efficiency and clean housing by 2030.
